Rimmer-Hasley Physical Therapy, PC is a mobile concierge physical therapy clinic that focuses on one-on-one orthopedic and wellness treatments built around a plan to keep you active and injury-free, wherever you want to meet.
You've probably experienced physical therapy that felt rushed: a crowded waiting room, fifteen minutes with a therapist juggling three other patients, a generic exercise sheet that doesn't quite fit your life. It's not that it doesn't work. It's that it wasn't built for you.
We built something different.
Dr. Alexandra Rimmer, PT, DPT, OCS, and her husband, Dr. Matthew Hasley, PT, DPT, founded their practice on one belief: real recovery happens when care fits into your life, not when your life has to bend around an appointment. So every session is one-on-one, mobile, concierge-style care. No waiting rooms, no clock-watching, no cookie-cutter plans. Just a doctor of physical therapy, fully focused on you, meeting you wherever you're most comfortable, often right in your own home.
And because your body isn't a single joint or muscle in isolation, neither is their approach. They look at the full picture, incorporating their experiences and expertise to create a program that is specific to you.
A complete movement and joint assessment, not a checklist. We find what's actually driving a problem before we treat it.
Treatment paired with a program built around staying ahead of pain, not just resolving what hurts today.
Home, office, or gym. Every visit is one-on-one, mobile, and built around your schedule.
Alexandra is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at New York Institute of Technology in 2017 and completed her orthopedic residency at the University of Southern California in 2018. Prior to starting her business she worked at the prestigious Meyer Institute of Sport, where she focused on return to sport. She utilizes her experience in orthopedics to create a full, comprehensive evaluation and program to help her clients return to what they love doing. In her free time, she and her husband love playing beach volleyball and are busy chasing after their daughter and rescue pup, Finn.
Matthew is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who graduated from New York Institute of Technology in 2017, with a wide range of clinical experience spanning geriatric, orthopedic, and neurological rehabilitation. That breadth lets him treat the whole person, not just the injury in front of him. He recognizes how balance, strength, coordination, and mobility all work together, no matter a patient's age or diagnosis. Whether he's helping an athlete rebuild strength after surgery, guiding an older adult toward safer, more confident movement, or supporting recovery after a neurological event, Matthew builds programs tailored to where each patient is and where they want to go.
